She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville "Smokey" and Louise "Cham" Wamego Rice; and her siblings, Lavina Olson, Jeffery Rice and Sylvia K. Rice.
She is survived by: her children, Charley Starkey of Topeka and Gloria Honn (Adam) of Topeka; her siblings, Elizabeth Bartlett of Topeka and Raymond Rice (Jeanie) of Topeka; and her half-brother Orville Rice Jr. of Mayetta. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, social distancing is absolutely required at the funeral home, the Church and the cemetery.
