Martinek (Pat); her grandchildren, Michelle Berry (Mike), Doug Martinek (Amy), Melissa Kuckelman (John), Darren Martinek (Denise), Mandi Martinek and Dustin Martinek (Robin); her great grandchildren, Jacob Berry, Joseph Berry, Caroline Martinek, Ben Martinek, Jack Kuckelman, Mary Margaret Kuckelman, Courtlyn Martinek, Cameron Martinek, Madison Martinek and Davis Martinek; and also Topeka.
