It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Lee Means of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Dick and Anna Dick (Creelman); her husband Johnny Means, Sr.; her grandsons, Jonathan Means, Sr. and Albert Meade, Jr.; her sons, Robert Meade, William Meade and Randy Means; her stepson Johnny Means, Jr.; and her brother James Dick.

She is survived by: her former husband Albert Evans Meade; her son Albert Edward Meade, Sr. of Williamsburg, KS; her stepson Steve Means of Topeka; her daughters, Joyce Ayers of Topeka, Verawana Bellew of Topeka, Brenda Wallace of Milledgeville, Tressa Flinner of Lansing, KS, Donna Featherby of Wichita, Alberta Wedge of Ozawkie and Pamela Means of Goessel, KS; and her siblings, Nellie Hanula of Topeka and William Dick. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
