She was predeceased by: her parents, John Johnson and Dona Johnson (Streeter); and her siblings, John "Fred" Johnson, Ricky Johnson, Tracy Johnson, Craig Johnson, Kathy "Tink" Meyer and Kelly Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel C. Urban; her sons, Steven Leggitt Jr. of Topeka and Jason Leggitt of Hutchinson; and her sisters, E. J. Yewell of Topeka and Nancy Hess (Elton) of Clay Center. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
