It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose (Luna) Acosta of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jose Luna and Julia "Chavez" Luna; her spouse Carmen Acosta; and her children, Arthur Acosta (Eleanor) of Topeka, Edmundo Acosta (Martha) of Topeka, Julia Viera of Utah, Rosemary Rodriguez (Tom) of Orlando, FL and Anna Munoz (Eulalio) of Topeka. She was also cherished by Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren along with several brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made the Salvation Army sent in care of Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, 800 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66603.
