With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rod Allen Stringer (Topeka, Kansas), who passed away on February 26, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Rod Allen departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Rod Allen. Though Rod Allen may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Stringer and Marie Schott. He is survived by: his siblings, Rhonda Hendricks (Jeff), Randy Stringer (Debbie) and Robin Elliot (James). He is also survived by his extended family, which included seven nieces and nephews, as well as many great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Topeka First Church of the Nazarene (1001 SW Buchanan St, Topeka, KS 66604). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the West Lawn Memorial Gardens (820 SW Auburn Rd, Topeka, KS 66615).
