He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "J. M." and Marjorie Boyd Streff; and his siblings, Michael Streff, Jack Streff, Monica Novak, Mary Ann Alsvig and Nancy Streff.
He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Jo Haas; his children, Kim Tatum (Clint) and J. R. Streff (Julie); his grandchildren, Jenna Coates (Ryan) and Joseph Taylor Streff (Taylor Popp); and his great grandchild Bentley Coates. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society, sent in care of the funeral home.
