He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sample and Mina Cochran Sample. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his son Andy (Dana); his grandchildren, Blake, Kalynn, Reagan, Ashtan and Lacee; and his brother Bill Sample. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northern Hills Baptist Church, and sent in care of Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614.
