We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2024, at the age of 42, Robert S. Raines of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Raines II, Velma Marie Raines (Hudson) and Shirley Phillips; and his great-grandparent Cecelia Schroeder.
He is survived by: his parents, Ronald R. Raines and Kimberley A. Raines (Phillips); his siblings, Jim Raines (Amy), Justin Raines (Katie), Thomas Raines and Roni Raines (Chandler Bloomer); his nieces and nephews, Kaden, Carter Raines, Wyatt, Xander, Rhett and Alena Raines; his grandfather Chet Phillips; his aunt Linda Vigneron; his uncles, Rick Raines and Keith Phillips (Wendy); his great-aunts, Teresa Tinoco (Bobby), Carol Hodges (Bill) and Roseann Schroeder; and his cousins, James "JJ" McDaniel, David McDaniel, Chris McDaniel, Matthew "Bucky" Foster, Dana Duffy, Amanda Duffy, Andrew Duffy, Maurice Vigneron, John Vigneron, Wesley Vigneron, Rachel Briggs, Hannah Garren Pleima, Jessie Phillips and Kaitlyn Levene.
