He was predeceased by: his son Jack; and his siblings, Eddie, Imogene and Geraldine. He is survived by: his parents, Harry Knittel and Belvia Knittel; his wife Pauline; and his children, Mark Knittel (Joanne), LeeAnne Kongs (Mike), Susan Spradley (Prentice) and Amy Curnel (James). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
