He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Francis and Jane E. Barr (Shehi); and his wife Elsie E. Hromada. He is survived by: his children, Shelley Gower (Brad) and Todd Barr; his grandchildren, Parker Gower and Marit Rice Barr; his brother Maurice Barr; and his sister-in-law Majorie Hromada. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Parker-Price & Davidson Funeral Home (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608).
