He is survived by: his spouse Jacqueline Oppendike; his children, Debbie Scholl (Don) of Topeka, Kathie Taylor (Mark) of Topeka, Susan Ladenburger (Jay T.) of Topeka and John Owen (Tamie) of Davenport, IA; his stepchildren, Mike Patterson (Cathy) of Lawrence, KS and Jillaine; his grandchildren, Becky Swords (Jasien), Nathan Scholl, Jacob Scholl (Stacey), Kyle Taylor (Julie), Drew Taylor (Megan), Brooke Gardner (Nathan), Megan Howard (Reed), Paige Wynne (Jeremy), Rachel Irons (David), Aaron Owen, Jordan Owen (Taylor) and Jaxon Patterson; his great grandchildren, Henry, Silas, Baker, Declan, Celia, Dean, Mitch, Emmersyn, Glenn, Rose, Grant, Margaret and Lyla; and his sister Janet Stump (Barry).
