He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Buttram Sr. and Alice Buttram; and his brother William Buttram (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Lydia Buttram; his children, Fredrick Stephen Buttram (Jennifer Buttram), Ryan Buttram (Colorado) and Kimberly Lynn Buttram (Washington); his grandchildren, Corinna Buttram, Richard Applegate, Emily Buttram and Stephen Buttram; and his sisters, Carol Altig and Karen Linder.
