With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Harlow (Topeka, Kansas), born in Walnut, Kansas, who passed away on November 21, 2018 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard L. Harlow to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his parents, Cleland "Bud" and Bernice Harlow (Nelson); his spouse Marilyn L. Wilson; his children, Amy Chapman (John), Virginia, Annette Speakman (Randy), Tonganoxie and Giselle "GiGi" Harlow; his stepsons, Charles Wilson (Carol), Topeka and Douglas Wilson; and his brother Edmond Harlow (Sherita). He is also survived by six grandchildren, four step-grandchildren.
