He was predeceased by: his parents, James Boutin and Clara Boutin (Stanley); and his children, Randall Wayne Bouton and Rhonda DeAnne Bouton. He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Doug Rachel), Dale Bouton Steve Bouton and Randy Bouton.
