He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph "Whitie" Koerner and Louise Koerner; and his siblings, Herbert "Herb" and Thomas "Tom" Koerner. He is survived by: his wife Jody; his siblings, Ann Koerner (Rich Camp) and David Koerner (Judy); his stepchildren, Jennifer and Greg Arnett; and his granddaughters, Elise and Amelia Roehrich.
Dick's family requests that instead of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Topeka Habitat for Humanity or the Topeka Rescue Mission.
