He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert, Sr. Rangel and Marcella Rangel (Chacon); his sister Michelle Ann Rangel; and his nephew Kiernan Rangel. He is survived by: his brother Robert J. Rangel, Jr.. He is also survived by two nephews, six great-nieces and one great-nephew.
