He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Modesto and Victoria Perez (Rodriguez); and his brother Mark Perez. He is survived by: his former wife Diana Ortega; his sons, Andrew Perez, Lucas Perez (Kimber) and Justin Perez (Stephany); his grandchildren, Cena Michael Perez, Jonah Lucas Perez, Ezequiel Grey Perez and Cora Lee Perez; and his siblings, Larry Perez, Patrick Perez (Debra), Philip Perez and Teresa Scheck (Bart). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
