He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Duncan and Leora Duncan (Whitesell); his spouse Marvenia "Kaye" Smith; his children, Brian Duncan of Chanute and Tennille Kress (Danny) of Topeka; and his grandson Ace. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Southeast Chapel (2843 SE Minnesota Ave, Topeka, KS 66605).
