He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Weller and Kay Weller (Cronister); his former wife Rita Phelon; his children, Brad Jennings of Topeka, Scot Weller (Sheryl) of Wichita, Ty Weller (Nicole) of Savannah, Georgia, Kim Jennings of Topeka and Tammy Weller of Winfield, KS; and his brothers, Tom Weller of Weston and Jack Weller of Roseburg, OR. He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
