He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Burdette Billings and Clara Belle Martin Billings; his wife Joyce Hursh; his children, Jan Jones (Mel), Peggy Billings, Dixie Wells, Rick Billings (Bonnie), Kathy Ware and Bill Billings; his stepchildren, Kala Rae and Kendra Jacobs (Daniel); his siblings, Marvin, Dotty, Delbert, Paul, Birtie and Mike; his stepson Kyle Pittsenbarger; and his sisters, Mary and Donna. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
This service is still limited to 10 people due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, sent in care of the funeral home.
