It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Allen Bruner of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bruner (Campbell) and Donald W Bruner; and his sister Donna M. Jennings. He is survived by: his wife Melody Rust; his son Joshua Bruner; and his siblings, Eddie Bruner (Linda), Sandy L Turkin and Dianna K Bruner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
