He was predeceased by: his grandfather ReyDavid Fuentes; and his aunt Eloisa Lopez. He is survived by: his parents, Ulises C. Fuentes and Maria E. Fuentes (Estrada); his siblings, Estephan Fuentes and Anais Fuentes; his nieces, Rosaline and Lilana Fuentes; and his grandparents, Maria De Jesus Cerca, Ruben and Lucia Ortiz. He is also survived by uncles and one paternal aunt.
