It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reverend Ralph Eugene Cooper (Topeka, Kansas), born in Matador, Texas, who passed away on October 31, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Arthur Cooper and Ruth Cooper (Simpson); his spouse Dorothy Sue Simpson; and his children, Brenda Eubanks (Mike), Karen Munger (Paul) and David Cooper (Jodi). He is also survived by five siblings; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
