He is survived by: his daughter Aurelia Jo Tinoco of Topeka; his siblings, Anita Tinoco Gomez of Topeka and Steven Tinoco (Juli) of Topeka; and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Gomez of Topeka, Alicia Downing of Topeka, Viviana Tinoco of Topeka, Reymundo Tinoco of Topeka and Rio Tinoco of Topeka.
