He was predeceased by: his parents, Pliny Kirby and Florence Kirby; and his brother Riley Kirby of Upper Marlboro. He is survived by: his children, Bowers, David Keller, Karen C. Kirby and Janice L. Kirby; his brother Jack Kirby (Sally) of Sarasota, FL; his nephews, Scott Kirby of Rochester, NY and Jason Kirby (Zena) of Alexandria, VA; and his niece Gail Albert (Henry) of New Bern, NC.. He is also survived by his daughters, and was loved and respected by his family and friends.
