He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rito Valdivia Sr. and Leonila Valdivia (Mata); his children, Raymundo Valdivia Jr. (Jennifer) of Topeka, Mark Valdivia of Topeka and Jana Vargas (Papo) of Topeka; his grandchildren, PJ Vargas, Loreyna Vargas, Ryan Higginbotham, Jaymee Higginbotham and Lydia Borjon; his siblings, Angel Valdivia (Mary), Susan Perez (John), Monica Matchett (David) and Mary Ann Tejada (Carlos); and his former wife Priscilla Gutierrez. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
