It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Haefner of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Burghart and Barbara Schoenfeldt Burghart; her husband Frank Haefner; and her siblings, Alexander Burghart, Jr. and Barbara Laird.

She is survived by: her sons, David (Tamera) and Steven (Carrie); her grandsons, Brett (Lindsey), Zachary (Amber), Cole (Jenna) and Lucas (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Millie, Ryder, Mara, Claire, Thomas and Hallie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart-St. Joseph Parish and sent in care of Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614.
