He is survived by: his wife Linda Fenwick; his son Phillip Munoz Jr; his stepson Gilbert Zabala; his siblings, Frank H. Munoz Jr, Susie Torres and Michelle Allen; and also Henrietta Hernandez.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Hospital in care of the funeral home.
