He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Meier and Elizabeth Lambrecht Meier; and his siblings, Casper, Joseph, Augustine, Sylvester, Hubert, Leonard, Raymond, Nicholas, Marie Weigel and Lucile Krische.
He is survived by: his brother Robert Meier; and his sister-in-law Doris Meier.
