He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Ethel; and his sister Carolyn Forney. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Becky Galbraith (Jim) of Climax Springs, Deb Koepke (Gene) of Columbia, Judy Iwig of Topeka and Angie Peterson (Mike) of Vassar; his grandchildren, Chris Kobuszewski (Josh), Joe Landis, Caity Hermann, Jackson Hermann and Sadie Sellers; and his nephews, Paul Forney and Brandon Fanders. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren.
