He is survived by: his wife Polly Ferree of Bucyrus, Kansas; his stepson Lee Clark of Westwood, Kansas; and his sisters, Mary Kopp (Paul) of Tucson, Margaret Lachowsky (Steve) of Topeka and Paula Barreras (Kevin) of Hillsboro, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
