He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Perez and Victoria M. Perez (Rodriguez); and his brothers, Mark Perez and Richard "Rick" Perez. He is survived by: his wife Debra K. Perez; his children, Patrick F. Perez II, Victoria A. C. Perez and Zachariah M. Perez; his granddaughters, Jacqueline, Aviana and Ellena; and his siblings, Teresa Scheck (Bart) and Lawrence "Larry" Perez. He is also survived by loving extended family that includes numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brennan Mathena Funeral Home (800 SW 6th Ave, Topeka, KS 66603). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (201 NE Chandler St, Topeka, KS 66616).
Memorial contributions can be made in Patrick's memory to the American Cancer Society and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
