He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine Wilkins, and Oscar L. Wilkins, Sr.; and his siblings, Elizabeth Louise, Carolyn, Charles Lee, Rita Yvonne (Jackson), Brett Eugene and Toni Ann Wilkins.
He is survived by: his son Michael Lamar Wilkins; his sister Sonya Marie Wilkins; and his grandsons, Emory M. and Marquis Michael Wilkins. He is also survived by best friend and brother.
