He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Harvey and Laura Belle Aker (Hunt); his brother Jack; and his grandson Noah Matthew Aker. He is survived by: his wife Rita Marie Aker (Murphy); and his children, John (Linda Borgren), Jane Young (Jerry), Mary, Martha Badger (Keith) and Joe.
