She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Briggs and Elma Briggs (Wells); her husband Robert Neal Harper; and her siblings, Charles Briggs and Arlene Peters.
She is survived by: her children, Marcia Durkes (Harold), Karen Fink (Ken) and David Neal Harper (Cindy); her grandchildren, Brandon Durkes (Audra), Kristi Durkes Bremer (Brandon), Brad Fink (Liesel), Nola Fink Weyrauch (Ryan), Ryan Neal Harper (Lauren) and Mark Harper (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Dawson, Ariah Durkes, Makayla, Makenzie, Mia, Blake Bremer, Grayson, Payton, Clayton Neal, Kennison Harper Fink, Daryn, Andrea, Tricia, Anibel Weyrauch, Kaelyn, Robert Jack, Olivia Harper, Carson Massengill, MacKayleigh, Zayne Arrington, Braxtyn and Sawyer Jones. She is also survived by her grandchildren's and great-grandchildren's events and visiting extended family.
