She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lester Dillinger and Roberta Dillinger (Drake); her husband Richard Foster; and her daughters, Valerie Foster, Jean Gaylord (Grant) and Julie Foster. She was also cherished by sister, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to be made in her name to the Topeka Optimist Club, 3908 SW 39th Terr Topeka 66610.
