She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Brooks Hoffman and Gertrude Hoffman (Hart); her husband Robert Edward Pollock; her daughter Nancy Whittemore Pollock; and her siblings, Edward B. Hoffman and Lois H. Muller.
She is survived by: her children, Agnes Smith (Jim) of Topeka, Mary Pohl (Jim) of San Marcos, TX and Robert Pollock (Livia) of Solon, OH; and her brother Steve Hoffman (Jennie) of Mere, England.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren, one great great-grandchild.
