He is survived by: his son Randal Milton Benteman (Denise); his wife Kathleen Waisner (Down); his grandchildren, Dustin Benteman (Amanda) and Michele Rakestraw (Jared); his great grandchildren, Ryker, Brexli Rakestraw, Parker and Brooklyn Benteman; his stepson Christopher Waisner; his stepgrandchild Taylor Rose Gifford; his stepdaughter Crystal Kitchengs; his stepgrandsons, Tyler and Evan; his sisters, Mabel Beem (Bill), Martha Mullins, Erma Mondt, Susie Parmentier, Bertha Epperson and Florence Kennedy; and also Ann Benteman.
