She is survived by: her daughter Dorothy Jolly Wells; her sister Dorothy Wells; her children, Terrie Wheeler-Cousins, Derek Wheeler and Brett Wheeler; her grandchildren, Sue V. Wheeler-Hettiaschichi and Jordan A.; her cousin Denise; and her great grandchildren, Christopher George (US Army) and Jiannah R.. She is also survived by her children's friends considered her as their mother.
