We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2022, at the age of 93, Mildred M. Richter of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Irwin and Cleo Irwin (Tichenor); her husband Joe Richter; her siblings, Fred Irwin and Jean Ewing; and her grandson Corey Joe Richter.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Richter (Jan) of Topeka and Steve Richter of Topeka; her grandchildren, Kelly (Damion), Matt (Beth), Melissa (Nolan) and Dan; and her great grandchildren, Chloe, Brynlee, Corbin and Bennett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
