She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger L. Jackson and Evelyn Gayle Jackson (Cope). She is survived by: her children, Kenny Clark (Melissa), Jason Clark (Ilana), Andrea Clark, Isabeau West (Sean), Caleb West and Cameron West; and her siblings, Mark Jackson (Patricia), Roger Jackson II (Doreen) and Julia Douglas (Brian). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to TARC, 2701 SW Randolph Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66611.
