He is survived by: his son Christopher "Chris" M. Hermanson (Sage) of Topeka; his granddaughters, Juliana and Olivia; and his siblings, Linda Votaw of Topeka, Sandy Garrett (Mike) of Florida, James Hermanson, Jr. (Helen "Libby") of Topeka and Deborah Heaney (James) of Topeka. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
