He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kroth; his son Jared Phillips (Becky); his grandchildren, Dylan and Hailey Phillips; his siblings, Marcella Green, Dennis Phillips (Ruth), Eddie Phillips (Pam) and Debbie Clausen; and his sister-in-law Barbara Phillips. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and his Samco Family.
