He was predeceased by: his grandfather John Lee Thomas. He is survived by: his parents, Brandie McBride of Topeka and Eric Whetstone of Topeka; his children, Meri'Cella, Merick Jr., Meri'Vae and Zaylen; his grandparents, Kerry Boardman (Robin), DeAnn Edwards (Lyle) and Sharon Whetstone; and his siblings, Jalyssa, Americka, Caiden and Dayli (Ashlyn). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to his mother, Brandie McBride to assist with funeral expenses.
