She was predeceased by: her parents, James Garrett and Virgil Garrett (Cobb); her son John Gabel; her grandson Tommy Eck; and her siblings, Robert Garrett, Virginia Stroth, Alice Urban and Doris Kampsen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Havlin of Alton, IL and Teresa Eck (Tom) of Tecumseh, KS; and her grandchildren, Peter Gabel, Patrick Havlin, Christopher Havlin, Timothy Eck and Teddy Eck. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild.
