It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary K. Sims of Topeka, Kansas, born in Beloit, Kansas, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Laffoon and Irene Laffoon (Hampton). She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her children, Julee Carlson (Berni) of Tecumseh and Jeffrey Sims (Kelly) of Drexel; her grandchildren, Kristopher Carlson (Tammy), Kaitlen Ortman (Shaun), Kristen Koller (Alan), Miranda Sims and Nicholas Sims (Brittanee); and her brother Don Laffoon (Grace) of Laguna Niguel, California.. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Topeka Baptist Church to nursery/toddler's ministry.
