She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; her grandson Brian J. Herzog; her parents, Jay Horney and Jeanette Horney; and her sister Jackie Kroeger.

She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Herzog (David); her granddaughter Jennifer Hettinger (John); her great grandchild Justin Hettinger; her grandson Matthew Herzog (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Kaiden, Logan and Sawyer Herzog.
