With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary J. Sawyer (Topeka, Kansas), born in Morrowville, Kansas, who passed away on March 8, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Huss and Mildred Huss (Singleton); her husband Junior; and her siblings, Betty Meyer, Corene Mees, Norma Jean Becker, Geraldene Frank and Leslie Huss.
She is survived by: her children, Christy Brungardt (Dennis), Debbie Hogan (Kevin), Topeka Sawyer, Mark Sawyer (Mary) and Burr Oak; and her grandchildren, Marilea Brungardt, Travis Brungardt, Rebecca Moore, Rachel Pope, Stefanie Gonzalez and Stacie Sawyer. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
