He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Louise Simpson and Edward A. Simpson; his wife Brenda Kay Bennett; and his brothers, Larry and Wendel Simpson.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Hart (Deidre) of Olathe and Loriann Marx (Dan) of Olathe; his grandchildren, Derrick Hart (Amy), Dylan Hart, Bryce Hart, Luke Marx (Albree), Logan Marx (Callie) and Lance Marx (Caitlin); his great grandchildren, Elliott, Noah, Liam, Miles, Stella, Wren and Dawson; and his siblings, Sharon Dechand (Ed), Norma Little (Tim) and Dale Simpson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
